Project for Foundations of Data Science: As Berkeley students that frequented the SF before the pandemic, we want to explore how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the prices of Airbnbs in that area. To analyze this, we used a dataset to compare the predicted prices of the Airbnb listings before COVID-19 locked-down the Bay Area and during COVID-19, when owners were cognizant of the pandemic.
